Email support

Include the Support ID shown in the app. Never email passwords, codes, account numbers, or the private details of a scam check.

Restore a purchase

Open ScamAlert, tap Help, tap ScamAlert+, then tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase.

Manage or cancel

On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Choose ScamAlert.

Voice or camera trouble

Open iPhone Settings, find ScamAlert, and allow the microphone or photos. You can always type instead.

Urgent fraud help

Stop contact with the sender. Call your bank or the claimed organization using a number you already trusted before this happened. ScamAlert is not an emergency service.
