Terms of Use

Effective September 2, 2026

ScamAlert is not 100% guaranteed. It provides general AI-assisted guidance, not legal, financial, law-enforcement, or emergency services.

Use the app safely

Do not share passwords, security codes, full account numbers, or other secrets. If money or safety may be at risk, stop contact and independently call the organization using a number you already trust. Call emergency services when appropriate.

AI results

AI can misunderstand information or make mistakes. You remain responsible for decisions and should verify important information independently.

Subscriptions

ScamAlert+ subscriptions are purchased through Apple, renew automatically unless canceled, and are managed under your Apple Account. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. You can restore purchases in the app and manage or cancel through Apple.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, interfere with its operation, or submit content you do not have permission to process.

Availability

We work to keep ScamAlert available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change to improve safety, reliability, or legal compliance.
